1. Scope of Services

These Terms & Conditions govern all engineering and technical services provided by Al Bawady Gas LLC, including centralized LPG network installations, cylinder manifolds, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and bulk gas supply across Fujairah and the UAE.

2. Customer Obligations & Safety Protocols

• Modification, extension, or repair of gas piping or safety devices by unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Immediate notification via our 24/7 Emergency Hotline (+971 55 470 1996) is mandatory upon detecting any suspected gas odor or leak.
• Unrestricted safe access must be granted to certified Al Bawady technicians for scheduled safety testing and shut-off valve inspections.
• Storage of combustible materials or obstruction around cylinder manifolds, bulk tanks, and control stations is strictly forbidden.

3. UAE Civil Defense Code Compliance

All piping networks, changeover regulators, and sensors comply with the UAE Fire & Life Safety Code and directives from Fujairah Civil Defense. Gas supply is energized only following successful nitrogen pressure testing and formal issuance of Civil Defense approval.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The competent courts of the Emirate of Fujairah shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims or disputes.
